Talent Development Training in Fort Portal

 MASTERS
 MAKING
 2MORO
 2016

MEESTERadvies and Repart BV together organise Masters Making 2 Moro,
a trainthetrainersprogram and businessprogram for people from The Netherlands and Uganda.
Join us in a unique learning experience!

Dreams
It started with a dream. A dream of better education. A dream of individual growth to the benefit of the Ugandan communities. A dream of a new Uganda. We were inspired by the stories of young Ugandans in our network; young individuals who are constantly looking for ways to be inspired, to discover their talents, to flourish or make their business stronger. They are eager to learn together, to not only discover themselves but also to help others grow. The dream of Mastersmaking2Moro is to create a unique learning experience in an intercultural exchange.

MastersMaking2Moro is introspection and preparing for action in a different context. It is a personal journey where you will meet yourself and connect with others. Connecting the worlds of youth and adults, Europe and Africa, the world of dreams and the world of acting. Masters and students. Our dream is to help you as young, talented people in Uganda to be able to train students to discover their talents and to encourage them to develop and use their talents. Or if you have your business(idea) to help you make it prosperous. So you are ready to create a New Uganda. YOUR Uganda. That is our inspiration, in a short-term assignment and ready to apply.

Are you ready to discover your talents, to share your talents with others, to train the youth in talentdevelopment
and to create a new journey in your life?
Join us in the fourth edition of MastersMaking2Moro!

We are going to realise our dream and we are looking for you to participate.

Why should you?
We have two inspiring programs for you. On Monday october 24th we start our 3 day Trainthetrainer course, which will be combined with the Businessdevelopmenttraining which starts on Wednesday october 26th.  Both trainings will end at Friday October 28th in the afternoon.  In both trainings we work with a great group of Ugandan and Dutch people, varying in gender, age and experiences in study, work and life. Both trainings are full of activities that will help you discover your talents and skills and use them on the spot. You are not only consuming the MastersMaking2Moro program, but you are also co-creating it!
When you come back after this special week, you will know it has changed your life.

Because:
·         You have discovered your own unique talents and dreams / Know your personal drives to start or improve your business
·         You have helped others to discover their talents and dreams   / helped others to make the businessplans better
·         You are able to organise a talentdevelopmenttraining for young Ugandans (if you participate in the trainthetrainerprogram)
·         You have new inspiration to make you and your community benefit from your talents / know how you can improve your business in using your network.
·         You were surrounded with wonderful people from different (cultural) backgrounds

It has simply been an experience you had never wanted to miss

Masters
Based on years of experience and a broad network, we know what is going on in Uganda. Uganda has been the victim of war and diseases, causing a ‘missing’ generation of 40-ers who died of AIDS. Due to important policy changes, more and more young people in Uganda attend school and reach a diploma or degree. Unfortunately there is still a lot of unemployment and it is hard for young people to find a job. And although a strong survivors' mentality is part of the Ugandan culture, many students don’t have the opportunity or experience to develop their talents and to improve their chances for successful and inspiring (self)employment. Entrepreneurship, creativity and taking initiative aren’t values that are taught in schools. Therefore it is hard for Masters to stand up to bring their communities forward.
In The Netherlands we find that people have a lot more opportunities to become independent and to fulfil their potential. But even in The Netherlands (and in other European countries) we find it hard to look at ourselves, to discover our talents and dreams.  Who are you, what are your strengths, what is your dream and how can you work towards that dream? We don't create space for ourselves to answer these important questions and therefore we put our own development on hold.
We believe that being a Master is being able to grow and to help others to realise their potential; Masters help others to become Masters. We, Meestersadvies and Repart BV, want to invite you to join us. Joining our MastersMaking2Moro program means you are willing to start your own journey to Mastery in your life. To discover your own power and talent, having guts and to take ownership of your own life and dreams.

Co-learning
You learn together and you create together. By changing your environment, enlarging your boundaries, interacting with another culture, stretching your brains, reflecting on your pre-assumptions. MastersMaking2Moro connects talents and worlds, works on the dreams of the individual and of the group as a whole. Together we take one step at the time during this week, inviting you into different activities and experiences, all leading to new insight and inspiration about you, your life and your actions for the future. Ready to take action for a better future. That’s what Masters do.

It takes Guts!
This project is not suitable for all people. Only if you are willing to learn and willing to help others in their learning process. Being curious about yourself and of other people. Eager to experience a different environment, different culture and different language. Maybe you ‘always wanted to do something like that’ or you just want to do something differently.
